Processing Times

All orders are hand-packed with care in Canada and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

We primarily ship via Canada Post, UPS, or similar trusted carriers, depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): FREE on orders over $70
  • Express Shipping is available at checkout
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA

  • Standard Shipping (4–9 business days): FREE on orders over $100
  • Orders may be subject to customs delays depending on your location.
  • Orders may be subject to customs processing and import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’ll do everything we can to help locate your order or provide a solution.

All Neat Boss gift sets are securely packaged in our premium magnetic gift boxes, ready to gift without extra wrapping. A greeting card is included in every order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your gift’s journey.
